The Laira sofa bed stands out for its high-quality chenille upholstery with a large structure, which is very soft and abrasion-resistant. The Y-shaped opening system allows the sofa to quickly and easily transform into a comfortable 150 x 230 cm bed at its widest point, thanks to the synchronized opening mechanism. Once opened, it can also be used as a continuous chaise longue. The 28 kg/m3 medium-density foam ensures a medium-firm seat, offering a balance between comfort and support. The back cushions have removable covers and are filled with fiber and chopped foam for enveloping comfort. The internal frame is made of solid pine and plywood. The solid pine is FSC™ 100% Chain of Custody certified and follows a responsible forest management model, while the plywood is FSC Mix Credit certified, meaning it is made from a mix of materials sourced from FSC-certified forests and FSC-controlled wood.
